Bridges matches motivated, enthusiastic young adults to entry-level jobs appropriate for their interests, aptitudes and abilities. A program of the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities, Bridges seeks to meet both the needs of employers and youth with mutually rewarding job placements.

Horizons National is an award-winning summer program with a mission to close the achievement gap for disadvantaged students on private school and university campuses across the country. These private-public partnerships offer greater opportunities for academic success and confidence-building experiences, making students career-ready and college bound. Horizons Atlanta is a network of seven sites supporting over 400 children in the Metro Atlanta Area. MBC Concessions has been a proud sponsor of the Horizons at Woodward site for over 3 years and has helped to serve students from 8 different elementary schools in the Soutwest Fulton area, all surrounding the world's busiest airport.
The Harvard Debate Council Diversity Project (HDCDP) is an Atlanta-based pipeline program that recruits, trains, and matriculates highly motivated black youth into a summer debate residency at Harvard College. HDCDP cultivates scholars seeking to further their education at elite colleges & universities.
Focused on education, enrichment, and empowerment through mentorship and community service, 100 Black Men of Atlanta stands as the strongest African American volunteer organizations. Founded in 1986, its long-term goal is to create an educated work force of well-rounded individuals who understand the importance of giving back to the community.
